I’m fairly certain this initial log is intended for my own direction and purpose or intent. That being said, I’ll write as though I’m actually speaking to you, the reader. I want you to be engaged. I want you to know that I am a real person, writing real and new content or, at least giving my own true and organic interpretation of old concepts as I research or feel inspired to discuss them.
As the site is EddieBuchananMusic.com, you can expect this site to be about music, not only mine but my friends and family as well. It will be from my perspective so a little bit of “nerding out” is very much in store.
I admire the folks who create helpful content for the benefit of the rest of us and I hope to follow in their example by doing some of that here, without bombarding you with adds and revenue generating affiliate links. Just a good-old webpage, with good-old info.
So, although I am no 501(c)(3), I think a succinct mission statement is in good order here.
I establish this blog as a means to document and share my thoughts with the online community. The content created herein will be, to the greatest extent I am able, concise and helpful, entertaining and thought-provoking. It will serve as a platform for me to exercise my writing and content creation abilities while aiding the visitors in learning by observation another’s creative process so that they may adapt these styles to their own creative endeavors.
I also hope to build a community here where we can connect to one-another and establish some co-operative and inspiring bonds. Let’s create together!
